About Us
We opened our first location at 701 N First Street in March 1999. At that time, we had the Office, Building A, Building B and a strip of Outside RV Parking. In 2000 we opened up Buildings C and D. From 2001 to 2004 we built one building each year to complete 1st Street Storage.
Las Palmas, located at 110 E Las Palmas, was a big construction job. We built the Las Palmas Retail Center and the Storage Office, Building A and Building B at the same time and opened in 2006. In 2007 we built Building C. Then the great recession hit. It was almost 10 years later when we were able to build and open Building D in 2016.
Once we were finished with building out our Las Plamas location, we started looking for a new site and picked the 167 Baldwin Road location. In September 2017 we opened up the Office and Building A. In September 2018 we opened up Building B. Building C was then built and opened in October 2019. In January 2022 we finished our next building Building D and this building has 80 Climate Control units. In the summer of 2022 we are starting on Building E.
The Baldwin location has the possibility of 5 more buildings so we should be busy building for the next 8 years and we are always looking to expand our Company to another city or maybe another one here in Patterson.
